There was a bug when using any quadmath expq
function on GCC : GCC
bug #60349 caused by mingw-64
bug #368.
To work round this defect, an alternative implementation of 128-bit exp was
temporarily provided by boost/cstdfloat.hpp.
The mingw bug was fixed at 2014-03-12 and GCC 6.1.1 now works as expected.
